I have been quiet…and I’m so sorry. I could give you a list of reasons but really…I was just tired. My brain has been on overdrive for a while and I couldn’t think clearly, let alone write anything coherent. I will write a follow up post to this but today, I really want to tell you about my upcoming pop up in north London in Sambal Shiok!
It’s been a full year since I did the Birria ramen pop up and it was such a great experience! I have been lucky enough to be invited back for another one and it is happening at the end of the month!
I have been working on some very delicious recipes inspired from classic dishes of Taiwan and I cannot wait to share it all with you!
